I ordered lego from www.bricksdirect.com with the address Elskensakker 30 5571 SK Bergeijk Holland on 15.03.2024 for 16.044,13 TL (approximately 459 Euros) including shipping. The order information stated that the tax was zero. However, when the product arrived at Turkish customs, I received an e-mail containing the invoice sent by this site that the product was seized at customs. I saw that the invoice sent by this site was issued as 139.11 Euros. I contacted the site and stated that the amount written on my credit card statement and the invoice amount were not the same, and that the tax payment was stated as zero when paying. The site asked me for my credit card statement. They changed the amount on the statement I sent them and sent me my statement and asked me to do my customs clearance with it. When I asked them to take the product back and refund my money, they stated that they would return it with a deduction and that they were no longer interested in me. I demand that the competent authorities of this site be prosecuted for false invoicing, document forgery and fraud. I also demand that the amount of 16.044,13 TL I paid for the undelivered product be returned to my credit card and this site must be closed.I can send e-mail correspondence if you request.

De titel zegt het al: we zijn erg blij met 123blokjes.nl. We hebben hier al een paar keer LEGO gekocht en zijn altijd zeer tevreden over de afhandeling. Een echte aanrader!
